All items for exchange must adhere to these requirements:

• Should be opened and returned in front of our delivery man.
• In brand new condition.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We are not accountable for packages that are lost or damaged.
